1. General

Using the familyzone.online app and website is subject to these Terms. By using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The service is for individuals aged 18+ who create a family account. Children under 13 may use the service only as members of a family account created by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

• The service is for in-family task, reward, calendar, and communication management only.
• No commercial use, automated scraping, abuse of the service, or violation of other family members' privacy.

4. User content

You own the content you upload (tasks, text, proof images). You represent that you have the rights to upload it and that the content does not infringe, harass, or violate third-party rights.

5. Payments

If and when we offer a paid subscription, billing will be processed via Google Play Billing. Cancellations and refunds follow the Google Play policy.

6. Disclaimer of liability

The service is provided "AS IS" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any consequential damage arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the competent Israeli courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
